A: To keep wine club memberships at no cost, you must commit to 1-year of membership. Regularly accepting wine club releases allows you to receive member discounts on Mazzocco wine and merchandise.
Q: What is the commitment to the wine club?
A: Membership is ongoing and can be canceled after the first year of membership and/or after accepting 1-year worth of wine club releases for the club you had committed to.
Q: When are wine clubs processed?
A: Wine clubs are processed on the 1st of the month on their scheduled release months. Members will receive an email notification a few weeks prior to the club process. This is the opportune time to provide any updates to your billing information, shipping address changes, and or any shipping delay requests.
Q: How do I end my wine club membership?
A: You may end your wine club membership once you've fuliflled your commitment to the wine club by notifying us by phone or email at (707) 433-3399 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
