A: To keep wine club memberships at no cost, you must commit to 1-year of membership. Regularly accepting wine club releases allows you to receive member discounts on Mazzocco wine and merchandise.
Q: What is the commitment to the wine club?
A: Membership is ongoing and can be canceled after the first year of membership and/or after accepting 1-year worth of wine club releases for the club you had committed to.
Q: When are wine clubs processed?
A: Wine clubs are processed on the 1st of the month on their scheduled release months. Members will receive an email notification a few weeks prior to the club process. This is the opportune time to provide any updates to your billing information, shipping address changes, and or any shipping delay requests.
Q: How do I end my wine club membership?
A: You may end your wine club membership once you've fuliflled your commitment to the wine club by notifying us by phone or email at (707) 433-3399 or email@example.com.

Q: How do my sister club benefits work?
A: As a club member at Mazzocco Sonoma, you receve reciprocal benefits at all of our 11 sister wineries. This includes complimentary tastings and your wine club discount, as well as access to most special events and club exclusive offers.
Club members also receive discounts on our inns and vineyard accommodations. Contact our reservations department for lodging inquiries.
Q: How do I know what is in my next club release?
A: We send out a newsletter to club members a few weeks prior to club processing with important information about your shipment, as well as deadlines for making changes to your shipping and billing information. In our newsletter, we'll include a list of the wines for each selection along with tasting notes for each wine.
