Our reserve wines are meticulously hand-selected. We start by selecting the finest vineyards. Then we focus on blocks within the vineyards, and finally grapes within each block.

Once the wine is produced, it is given extra months of gentle barrel aging, allowing the wine to mature and develop before bottling. Every barrel is retasted before bottling. Then only those barrels that met the high standards set by our winemaker, Antoine Favero, are chosen to be a part of our Reserves and Matrix Collection.

2002 Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve, Dry Creek Valley
This rich and complex Cabernet Sauvignon offers chocolate truffle, raspberry and roasted walnut notes in the nose.  The mid-palate is thick and concentrated having ripe balanced tannins ending with flavors of black cherry, spice and a dash of vanilla.
